How can you determine what makes you who you are?

Following up from the “Philosophy of You: Part 1” segment. 
Previously, you made a very specific list of 20 things that you feel are the most important things in your life. That list was then arranged in order of importance to you. Beginning at the very bottom of the list, focusing on only one item at a time, you should generate any number of reasons as to why that item is important to you. You may be as general or specific as you want. The challenge is to make the list as comprehensive as possible. Take your time, and be honest with yourself. Once you have completed an item, move on to the next item on the list. DO NOT go back to previous items in order to add more things. This process may take some individuals days or weeks to complete. The important thing is that you take your time and be as thorough at possible as you contemplate each item on your list.

We will provide you with a list of steps that will guide you, but the ultimate decision is your own.

Step 1: Identify ONE thing you want to change

Don't set yourself up for failure by trying to change everything at once. 

Step 2: WANT to change

You are the only person that matters. And it does you no good to lie to yourself.

Step 3: BELIEVE in yourself

Step 4: Picture your SUCCESS

Make a list, draw a picture, update your digital media page

No matter the method, create the image of the you that you wish to become and make it happen.

Simple. Right?....NO!!!

There will be many obstacles, inconveniences, temptations, and pitfalls, but remember....
